Welcome to RANGE ROVER and LAND ROVER OF HANOVER & CAPE COD. We are a forward-thinking company with guiding principles and philosophies that set us apart not only in the automotive industry, but also in the general business area.

Our History. Founded in 1999, LAND ROVER HANOVER has grown from a start-up with a handful of employees to a thriving Centre which now employs almost 50 professionals. In early 2003, we opened LAND ROVER CAPE COD in Hyannis to expand the brand and better serve our existing customer base on Cape Cod and The Islands. Also in 2003 we added the Jaguar brand to our Hanover Centre and remain a factory-authorized Jaguar service and repair facility.

Our Approach. Land Rover’s motto is “Our people are the brand.” We take this to heart, and take it even one step further by regarding our employees as our Centre’s most valuable assets. We strive to hire stand-out personnel to represent the brands and our Centres, and boast and outstanding employee retention rate, due in part to a work environment that is both challenging and rewarding. We take pride in our work, explore new ideas and approaches to doing business, and build customer and collegial respect into all we do. We believe these elements make our company a great place to work.

Application Procedure. As positions become available, we will provide an e-mail address to which you can forward your resume and cover sheet. Serious applicants are expected to come to the Centre and complete an application in person.

A Final Word. We receive a tremendous amount of interest when employment opportunities arise, and are unable to meet with all who apply for an opening; therefore, we conduct initial applicant screening, telephone pre-interviews, and introductory meetings with a few select candidates. Fewer still are invited to participate in the team interview process. If it is determined that your candidacy will not proceed to the team-interview stage, we wish you well in your job pursuits and thank you for your interest in our organization.
